This is an informational application policy, not the final paid hosting agreement. Legal review is required before publication. / 以下为申请阶段的说明，并非最终付费托管协议。上线前需完成法律审查。

- Application only. Sending a form is not an order and does not reserve capacity. We may request additional information or decline an application.
- Individual quote. Hardware, scope, prices, support levels, term, cancellation and payment obligations are agreed in a separate written quotation and service agreement. No charges occur through this website.
- Permitted use. Service is subject to Apple software leasing conditions, local telecommunications and data-protection rules, and provider acceptable-use policies. Customers may not use the platform for spam, phishing, malicious access, unauthorized proxy resale or other illegal activities.
- Third-party services. Any AI provider or subscription is governed by that provider's terms, supported regions and authorization requirements. A Malaysian IP address or locally issued payment method does not establish eligibility. No account access is guaranteed.
- Network performance. Route and latency vary by source ISP and location. Nothing on this website guarantees a particular latency, uptime or third-party service availability.
- Privacy. Application information is handled as described in our Privacy Notice.

- 第三方服务：任何 AI 服务或订阅均须遵守其服务条款、支持地区和授权条件。马来西亚 IP 或本地付款方式不代表取得使用资格，也不保证账号可用。
- 网络表现：路由和延迟因客户所在地区和运营商而异。本网站不保证特定延迟、在线率或第三方服务可用性。
- 隐私：申请资料依照我们的隐私声明处理。
