Information collected. When you apply, we collect your name, company (if supplied), email, contact channel, country or region of actual service use, approximate city, intended workload, tools, hardware requirements, access preferences, budget range and any details you choose to provide. We also record your application reference, submission timestamp, stage, internal review notes, and the version and language of this notice that you accepted, with the time you accepted it.
Purpose. We use the information to assess your service application, verify technical and third-party eligibility, contact you, prepare a private quotation, maintain internal records and protect our systems against misuse. Applications do not trigger billing or automatic account creation.
Who receives it. Access is limited to authorized operations staff and necessary service providers (such as hosting and email infrastructure), subject to suitable safeguards. We do not sell application information. If a later service requires another provider, we will explain the arrangement before it is activated.
Retention and rights. We retain application data only for as long as reasonably necessary for review, operations, legal compliance and dispute management. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law. Proposed retention (pending legal review): applications that do not proceed are deleted or anonymized within 12 months of the last contact; records of customers are kept for the duration of service plus any period required by law. We do not use automated decision-making to accept or decline applications. Every decision is made by a person.
Security and location. Records are stored in a restricted database, with administrator authentication and access controls. Internet transmission and storage have inherent risks. If data is processed outside Malaysia by a service provider, appropriate legal and security review is required.
Consent. By submitting the application, you acknowledge that we may process the submitted details to review and respond. Do not include passwords, recovery codes or API secrets. We may update this notice when required.

安全与跨境处理：资料保存于限制访问的数据库，管理员须通过身份验证。网络传输和存储存在一定风险。如相关服务商在马来西亚境外处理资料，须先完成适用的法律及安全评估。
同意：提交申请即表示您知悉我们会为审核和回应申请而处理相关资料。请勿提交密码、恢复码或 API 密钥。本声明可视需要更新。
